Everything your network needs.

From content upload to real-time transaction overlays — one platform manages the full lifecycle of every screen in your business.

Content library

Upload videos and images directly from the web portal. Azure Media Services automatically transcodes to 240p, 480p, 720p, and 1080p for adaptive streaming.

Playback scheduling

Assign content to specific screens with time slots, day-of-week rules, and priority levels. Schedule pushes to devices in real time via SignalR.

Network hierarchy

Organize your infrastructure as Company → Stores → Sectors → Screens. Every screen can have its own mode, resolution, and content assignment.

Playback analytics

Every reproduction is logged with timestamp, duration, and screen ID. Dashboards show top content, top screens, and day-by-day timelines.

CRM integration

A single REST API call from your CRM triggers personalized content on any screen in under 500 ms. When the spot ends, the schedule resumes automatically.

🔒
Multi-tenant isolation

Each subscriber has a fully isolated data schema. No tenant can see, access, or affect another tenant's content, devices, or analytics.

From upload to screen in minutes.

01
Upload your content

Drag and drop a video or image into the portal. Visorium requests a SAS URL and uploads directly to Azure Blob Storage — no file size limits, no waiting.

02
Automatic transcoding

Azure Media Services converts the file to four quality levels (240p–1080p) and generates HLS and DASH manifests automatically. Content is ready in minutes.

03
Assign and schedule

Pick the screen, set the time slots and days, and save. The schedule is pushed to the device instantly via SignalR WebSocket — no manual sync needed.

04
Play and measure

The device plays content on schedule, logs every reproduction locally, and sends batches to the analytics service. Data appears on your dashboard in real time.

Live transaction data. Zero network latency.

The RTM Service runs entirely on the Raspberry Pi. It reads the fuel dispenser directly via RS-232, parses the transaction frame, and delivers the live amount to the Overlay Engine through a local named pipe — no cloud round-trip, no latency.

  • Reads any dispenser protocol: RS-232, pulser, or local LAN (Verifone, Wayne, Gilbarco)
  • IPC via named pipe — sub-millisecond delivery to the Overlay Engine
  • Overlay renders at 20 Hz: amount, liters dispensed, price per liter
  • Transaction summary sent to backend analytics once per fill-up
  • Overlay position and font size configurable per screen from the portal

Two modes. One platform.

Choose the playback mode per screen based on your connectivity. Switch at any time from the portal — no hardware changes required.

Offline mode
Local · Resilient · Autonomous

The Raspberry Pi downloads assigned content from the CDN and plays it from local storage. The screen keeps running even during full internet outages.

  • Content synced automatically when connectivity is available
  • Delta sync — only downloads new or changed files
  • Playback logs buffered locally and uploaded in batches
  • Schedule applied from a local JSON file — no network dependency at play time
  • RTM overlay works independently of internet status
Online streaming
Live · Adaptive · Centralized

Content streams directly from Azure CDN via HLS/DASH. The player automatically selects the best quality for the available bandwidth in real time.

  • Adaptive bitrate: 240p (0.5 Mbps) to 1080p (6 Mbps)
  • Pre-fetch buffer absorbs short network interruptions
  • Content changes propagate instantly — no download wait
  • CRM triggers apply immediately without local cache
  • Can fall back to cached content if stream is unavailable

Personalize at the moment of transaction.

Under 500 ms end-to-end

From the API call to the content change on screen: REST → CRM Trigger Service → Service Bus → SignalR → Pi → display. The entire chain takes under half a second.

Tag-based content resolution

Send a customer segment tag (e.g. "loyalty-gold") and let Visorium resolve the best matching content. Or specify an exact content ID for full control.

Automatic schedule resume

When the personalized spot ends, the normal schedule resumes exactly where it left off — no configuration needed, no gaps in programming.
